Receivables program

Early-out and pre-collection follow-up in Florida

Get help with eligible overdue balances before collection placement, through an agreed receivables follow-up program.

An accounts clerk prepares a reminder letter and account follow-up calendar.
Service formatDefined account follow-up program

Give overdue accounts an earlier follow-up step.

Some overdue accounts need more consistent reminders before you consider collection placement. CBEOF can discuss early-out and pre-collection follow-up within Accounts Receivable Management. Tell us how old the accounts are, which reminders have been sent and what billing questions remain.

We agree on eligible accounts, communications, reporting and when follow-up should stop or return to your team. Letter programs require availability and acceptance confirmation. A later move to collections is a separate review.

How businesses use this service.

Earlier follow-up for eligible property accounts

Distinguish current rent reminders from past-due balances and reconcile the ledger. Decide which accounts fit an earlier follow-up program and which require a different review.

What’s included.

Set the account entry criteria

Choose which balances qualify for earlier follow-up, and identify paid, disputed or already placed accounts that need different handling.

Agree on contact and program length

Agree the communication approach, effort, and program length before starting.

Confirm any proposed letter program

If a letter program is requested, confirm its availability, letter count, postage, and account scope. It remains a proposed option until accepted.

Decide when the program ends

Agree on when follow-up ends: payment, return to your team, further review or a separately accepted collection placement.

What you’ll receive

  • Program entry and exclusion criteria.
  • Agreed follow-up sequence.
  • Activity and exception reporting.
  • A documented end-of-program status.

How it works.

  1. Choose eligible accounts

    Review stage, history, and exclusions.

  2. Agree on reminders and updates

Define communications, reporting, and client decisions.

  3. Review payment or the next account step

Record results and apply the agreed exit rules.

Know what to expect.

What helps us help you.

  • Account aging and approximate eligible volume.
  • Previous reminder history.
  • Desired contact approach and client person responsible for the decision.
  • Exit rules and any interest in a letter format.

What shapes your quote.

  • Account count and stage.
  • Contact effort and program duration.
  • Letter volume and postage if an available letter program is agreed.
  • Reporting and exception handling.

Tell us what you need help with. We’ll explain which records are needed and how to provide them. Personal reports, ID images and account files can wait until then.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about this service?

A few details to help you decide.

Ask another question
Is every early-out program a letter campaign?

No. Agree on the communication sequence for the accounts included. A letter program, if requested and supported, needs its own accepted format, terms and end-of-program instructions.

Does completion automatically place the account for collections?

No. Define the exit rules. A collection placement requires a separate account review and accepted arrangement.

Are recoveries guaranteed?

No. The service is the agreed follow-up work and reporting. Payment depends on the account and circumstances.
