Equipment Rental

Screen rental and delivery staff, follow up on overdue invoices and research hard-to-reach business contacts.

A rental yard employee checks a compact excavator.

Check the team. Follow up on rental balances.

Counter teams, delivery staff and commercial renters each bring different questions. CBEOF helps with employee checks, business verification and follow-up on documented rental accounts.

The agreement, rental period, returns, approved charges and payment history establish the balance. Money owed, a disputed return and physical equipment recovery are separate issues, each needing its own discussion.

Start with your situation

A staff role, a renter or an overdue account?

Find the screening, delivery, business-verification or invoice situation that matches your rental request.

You want to check a commercial renter’s business

Clarify which business is entering the rental agreement and whether the supplied company information is consistent with the available records. The request supports your account review; it does not itself approve a renter, guarantee payment or authorize equipment recovery.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before we talk?

Answers to help you move forward with confidence.

Ask another question
Does this service physically recover equipment?

No. The services shown here cover selected screening, account follow-up, collection and contact research. Physical recovery, repossession and disputes over possession require separate arrangements and should not be assumed to be included.

Can damage or late-return charges be included in the file?

Include the agreement, the basis for each charge, inspection or return records and any dispute. CBEOF reviews the documented obligation before accepting account work rather than assuming every added charge can be pursued.

What distinguishes an unpaid invoice from missing equipment?

An invoice is a claimed payment obligation; missing equipment also raises questions about possession and return. Explain both clearly so the monetary account and any separate recovery issue are not combined into an undefined service.
