Transportation & Logistics

Review driving and employment records, discuss unpaid freight invoices and research missing business contacts.

A warehouse dispatcher checks a shipment near a loading dock.

Useful checks from driver hiring to freight payment.

A driver review, a new freight relationship and an unpaid delivery each start with a different question. Employee, driving and business checks can be selected for that specific purpose.

For unpaid freight, the rate or service agreement, delivery records, invoices and credits explain the account. Identify the contracting business and any open dispute before account placement or contact research is discussed.

Where has the next step stalled?

Choose the driver, business-relationship, payment or contact issue that fits your logistics work.

You are considering a new freight relationship

Distinguish the business named in the agreement from a trading name or individual contact. A business verification request agreed in advance can examine available organization information; it should not be assumed to confirm operating authority, insurance or creditworthiness.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before we talk?

Answers to help you move forward with confidence.

Ask another question
Is a driving record a complete DOT compliance file?

No. The driving service provides available motor vehicle information within its scope. A transportation compliance program can involve additional requirements that are not included by default in these screening services.

What documents support an unpaid freight invoice?

Useful records include the agreed rate or service terms, pickup and delivery records, invoices, credits, payments and correspondence about shortages, delays or other disputes. Identify the contracting business clearly.

Does business verification confirm a carrier’s authority or insurance?

Not automatically. The available organization information is defined in the service scope. Operating authority, insurance and other qualifications must be identified as separate questions rather than assumed to be included.
