Commercial rent collection and lease account support.

Get help reviewing unpaid commercial rent and lease charges with the tenant company, lease and itemized ledger identified.

A property manager reviews a lease folder in a vacant retail unit with storefront windows.

Make the lease and ledger explain the balance.

Commercial rent collection starts with the company named on the lease and the charges in the ledger. Separate base rent, common area maintenance (CAM), utilities, damages and credits so the basis of each amount is visible.

Prepare amendments, reconciliations and any separately documented guarantee for the account review. Residential applicant screening belongs with property management; invoices for repairs or maintenance use the applicable service contract rather than the lease.

Business Verification

Business verification for commercial tenants

Clarify the organization named in the lease and the company information requested. A business review is separate from an individual applicant report or guarantee review.

Start with your situation

Which part of the lease account needs attention?

Choose routine follow-up, a documented past-due balance or a missing business contact.

A lease balance is ready for a closer review

Separate unpaid base rent, CAM reconciliations, utilities, damages, credits and adjustments. Prepare the lease, amendments, ledger and supporting invoices so a commercial collection request starts with an explainable balance.

The tenant entity or account contact is unclear

Provide the legal business name, prior contact details and any guarantee already in your records. Business verification and skip tracing answer different questions about the organization and available contacts; they do not determine a guarantor’s legal liability.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before we talk?

Answers to help you move forward with confidence.

Ask another question
How should disputed CAM or damage charges be prepared?

Show the charge separately from base rent. Include the relevant lease provision, calculation, reconciliation or invoice, along with the tenant’s stated objection. Clarifying the documented balance comes before deciding which amount is suitable for follow-up.

Can a personal guarantee be included in the account review?

Include the signed guarantee if one exists and identify the party named in it. Its scope and enforceability require the appropriate review; contact research does not establish liability or guarantee recovery.

What if the invoice is for maintenance work rather than rent?

Describe the service contract and the party that ordered the work. Property service invoices are reviewed using work orders, completion records and approvals rather than treating every property-related balance as a lease obligation.
