Healthcare & care

Staff screening and receivables support for dental practices.

Screen dental-office staff and discuss patient balances after payments, insurance activity and adjustments are reconciled.

A dental professional prepares a dental chair and instruments.

Help with dental-office hiring and account follow-up.

Dental practice screening can address front-desk, billing and clinical support responsibilities. Identify the position and any separately requested professional license or healthcare sanctions component so the agreed checks are clear.

For receivables, identify the responsible party after payments, payer activity and adjustments have been reconciled. Routine patient-account follow-up and collection review are different services. Tell us the account stage and approximate volume; patient files are not needed to begin.

Collection review for eligible dental patient accounts

Distinguish older patient-responsibility balances from pending insurance or billing questions. Acceptance and the communication scope follow the actual account review.

Start with your situation

Where could your office use a hand?

Start with a new hire, a confirmed patient balance or an older account needing review.

A new hire will handle patient or account information

Front desk, billing and support positions can involve patient information and office systems. Select employee checks for those responsibilities. For licensed clinical roles, define the professional credential to verify and any separate healthcare exclusion or sanctions sources requested by the practice.

Discuss this

Older patient accounts are still unresolved

Bring the payment agreement, remaining balance, credits and prior communications, including any concerns or disputes. Eligible accounts can be evaluated for collection; contact research can be discussed when the information on file is no longer useful.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before we talk?

Answers to help you move forward with confidence.

Ask another question
Should an unresolved insurance balance go straight to collections?

The practice should first identify the amount actually being requested from the patient or responsible party and any unresolved billing questions. CBEOF reviews the documented account and proposed service before accepting work.

Does employee screening verify dental credentials?

A requested professional license check can verify specified credential and status fields from the agreed authority. It is a separately scoped component, not an automatic inclusion in every employment package. Healthcare sanctions screening is another distinct check with its own named sources and review date.

Can recurring patient reminders be separated from older account placement?

Yes. Recently overdue balances and accounts selected for traditional collection can be scoped separately. That distinction helps define the communication approach, required records and account status reporting.
