HOAs & Condominium Associations

Check staff and vendor details, and discuss documented association accounts with your board, manager or advisor.

Association board members discuss shared property plans beside a courtyard.

Help with the people and accounts around your community.

Association work often involves several people making one request. CBEOF helps with staff screening, owner-account follow-up and contact research while keeping the board, manager and authorized contact clear.

Start with the position or account involved and who can authorize the work. Governing records and account history guide the discussion; lien enforcement, foreclosure and legal advice remain separate matters.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before we talk?

Answers to help you move forward with confidence.

Ask another question
Is this the same as association lien or foreclosure work?

No. CBEOF account services cover an agreed follow-up, collection, research or referral scope. An attorney handles legal advice and any legal enforcement the association elects to pursue.

Can the community manager coordinate the request?

The initial conversation can include the manager and association representatives. Before work proceeds, identify who can authorize the request, provide account records and approve the agreed scope.

Can we screen a resident through the employee screening service?

A resident review and an employment review are different requests. Explain the purpose and the association authority involved first so the appropriate service, information requirements and permitted scope can be evaluated.
