Retail & E-Commerce

Screen store and fulfillment staff, and review unpaid balances after returns, credits and payment disputes are reconciled.

A small retailer prepares an online order beside shelves of shop merchandise.

Check your team and clarify overdue orders.

Store and fulfillment roles may involve stock, cash, customer data or deliveries. Describe the employee's responsibilities so the selected checks reflect the access and driving duties involved.

Account work begins with a documented obligation. Returns, payment reversals, identity concerns and disputed orders need to be identified before wholesale or eligible customer balances are reviewed for follow-up.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before we talk?

Answers to help you move forward with confidence.

Ask another question
Is this an e-commerce fraud-detection service?

No. The services described here are selected employee screening and account follow-up. They do not provide transaction fraud scoring, payment authorization or an automated checkout identity tool.

Can wholesale and consumer balances both be reviewed?

Yes. Identify the contracting party and underlying purpose for each account. Business invoices and individual customer obligations are reviewed under their appropriate service scopes rather than mixed into one account type.

What if an order was returned or charged back?

Include the return, refund, credit and dispute records. The remaining claimed obligation must be explained before collection is considered; a reversed payment alone does not establish what is owed.
