Information in your inquiry
The separate CBEOF request forms can ask for your name, business, business email, service interests and a brief description of your request. Those forms hold your contact details in the current page while you prepare the inquiry; they do not save those fields to browser storage. We use the details you choose to send to discuss your request and how to help. Website chat is a separate channel with the practices described below. Leave identification, screening reports, account documents, Social Security numbers and payment details out of public inquiry and chat fields.
Service selections and appearance in your browser
The website uses session storage to remember selected service IDs and their industry or business-situation context for this browser tab. You can remove selections or clear the list. The website starts in light mode. Your chosen light, dark or device appearance is saved in local storage until you change it or clear the site’s browser data. These settings do not contain your contact-form details.
Email drafts and website chat
The separate CBEOF inquiry forms are email-only and prepare a draft in your email application. Opening a draft does not deliver it; CBEOF receives it only if you send it. These forms do not collect a phone number or SMS consent.
On pages with website chat, Request a call opens the HighLevel/LeadConnector widget. If chat is unavailable, you can use our published business phone number or the email inquiry option. Details submitted through chat, such as your name, phone number and message, are sent through HighLevel/LeadConnector for CBEOF to respond.
The chat service can receive technical information and use browser storage for contact entries, unsent messages, conversation state and session or page attribution. Review the notices and consent choices displayed in the widget for that channel. The reply permission on CBEOF’s separate inquiry forms applies only to that request and does not subscribe you to marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
We may provide information needed for message delivery or customer support to providers working for CBEOF, including HighLevel/LeadConnector. They process it to support CBEOF’s services. Text-message opt-in records and consent are excluded from other information-sharing purposes and are not transferred for independent marketing use.
Website measurement and hosting
CBEOF does not currently enable separate advertising or analytics tags. CBEOF interaction events are held in page memory. The chat provider can receive session and page information as described above. Service searches, filters and selected business context may appear in page addresses. Hosting services receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which may include IP addresses, requested pages and security logs. Links to external resources take you to sites with their own privacy practices.
Service records and prelaunch portals
Screening, collection and research records can involve different permissions, notices and retention requirements from a website inquiry. This website policy does not replace a financial privacy notice or a service-specific agreement. The payment and client-access pages are currently information pages: they do not process payments, create accounts or collect login credentials. Before those features become available, their data practices and any additional notices will be described.
Privacy questions and corrections
Email contact@cbeof.com with a website privacy question, a correction to an inquiry or a question about a service record. We’ll help identify the appropriate next step. Start with a brief description rather than attaching sensitive records. Requests involving service records may require identity verification and may be subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Changes to this policy
The date above identifies the latest update. We will review this policy when website features or data practices change, including the introduction of inquiry delivery, analytics, payment processing or client access.
