Automotive Services

Screen shop and fleet staff, review driving duties and discuss documented repair, parts or customer balances.

Checks for your team. Follow-up for completed repairs.

Technicians, service advisors and office employees handle different parts of a customer's visit. Selected checks can reflect vehicle access, records, payments and assigned road-driving duties.

For unpaid repairs, fleet work or parts, the authorization and completed work explain the account. Review deposits, adjustments and disputes, and distinguish individual customer balances from business obligations before choosing follow-up.

A new hire, a driving role or a repair bill?

Choose the employee or account question that matches the work in your shop.

Someone will road-test or deliver vehicles

Identify positions that include test drives, customer pickup or business vehicles. Available driving records can be considered alongside the selected background checks; they are not a substitute for technical training or the employer’s operating rules.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before we talk?

Answers to help you move forward with confidence.

Ask another question
Does this include vehicle repossession or lien-sale work?

No. The services shown here cover screening and defined account work. Vehicle possession, lien rights, title questions and legal sale procedures require separate review and arrangements.

Can a disputed repair invoice be submitted?

The dispute must be identified along with estimates, authorizations, work records and communications. An account is reviewed on that record before any engagement is accepted; collection does not decide a workmanship or authorization disagreement.

Can we distinguish fleet invoices from individual customer accounts?

Yes. Identify who contracted for the work and the business or personal purpose of the account. That distinction helps define the relevant receivables or collection service.
