Commercial debt collection for Florida business accounts

Commercial debt collection review for unpaid business invoices and other documented business-to-business balances.

A warehouse office reviews an unpaid business invoice and delivery records.
Service formatCommercial recovery arrangement

Get an unpaid business account ready for review.

When a business invoice remains unpaid after internal follow-up, CBEOF can review it for commercial collection. Tell us the company responsible, what was supplied, the remaining balance and what has happened so far. Agreements, invoices, delivery or completion records and payment history help explain the account.

Account size, age, location, records and disputes affect acceptance and terms. We’ll explain fees, recovery work and reporting before placement. Research, court support and referral to independent counsel require separate agreement; counsel controls any legal engagement.

How businesses use this service.

Collections for unpaid B2B SaaS subscriptions

Reconcile the subscription agreement, invoiced periods, usage or service records, cancellations and credits. Distinguish an unpaid agreed charge from a billing or service question needing resolution.

Commercial rent collection requests

Prepare the business tenant’s lease, rent ledger, payments, credits and disputed charges. Collection review concerns the documented balance; tenancy enforcement and legal proceedings are separate.

Collections for medical equipment business invoices

Identify the healthcare business responsible and the supply, rental or service agreement. Reconcile delivery records, returns and credits before presenting the commercial balance for review.

What’s included.

Identify the debtor business

Identify the correct debtor entity and supporting transaction rather than relying only on a trading name.

Document the transaction and balance

Provide invoices, contracts, purchase orders, delivery or service records, payments, credits, and disputes as relevant to the claim.

Explain the claim size and industry

Claim size and industry affect account review and placement terms. Include both when you describe the request.

Keep attorney referral separate

Attorney referral is a distinct escalation step, with independent counsel responsible for any legal engagement.

What you’ll receive

  • The accepted business account and documented balance basis.
  • The agreed recovery terms and client authority instructions.
  • Activity, account-status and recovery reporting.
  • The payment, remittance and direct-payment reporting arrangement.
  • Dispute, return and separately approved escalation instructions.

How it works.

  1. Connect the balance to the business

Identify the contracting entity and compare the amount claimed with the agreement, invoices, completed-work or delivery records and payment history.

  2. Agree on fees and account decisions

Agree accepted accounts, recovery terms, fees, reporting and settlement authority. Define who handles a disputed item or direct payment.

  3. Review activity and payments

For an accepted placement, perform the agreed recovery work and report activity, payments and open questions. Further research or independent referral requires separate approval.

Know what to expect.

  • The contract or order, invoices and relevant delivery or completed-work records.
  • The current balance, payments, credits, disputed items and earlier collection efforts.

What shapes your quote.

  • Claim balance and aging.
  • Documentation and dispute history.
  • Debtor jurisdiction and prior placement.
  • Separately approved research or legal coordination.

Tell us what you need help with. We’ll explain which records are needed and how to provide them. Personal reports, ID images and account files can wait until then.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about this service?

A few details to help you decide.

Ask another question
Do different claim sizes become different services?

No. They are pricing and acceptance attributes within Commercial Collections. The underlying program stays the same, with terms adapted to the claim.

What if the business disputes our invoice?

Supply the dispute history and supporting documents. The claim needs review; no automatic acceptance or promise of enforcement should be assumed.

Can you verify the debtor entity first?

A separate Business Verification or locate scope may help clarify the entity or contact question. Include the uncertainty in your request so the work is scoped explicitly.
