Security & Site Operations

Screen guards and operations staff, review driving records for patrol roles and discuss unpaid client invoices.

A site security professional checks an access point near a reception desk.

Match screening to the guard’s assignment.

A guard post, mobile patrol and office role can call for different checks. CBEOF helps security businesses select employee and driving information around the assignment and the access it involves.

Licensing, training and client qualification remain separate responsibilities. For an unpaid contract, authorized coverage, service records and billing history establish the account to review for follow-up or contact research.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before we talk?

Answers to help you move forward with confidence.

Ask another question
Does a CBEOF report issue or renew a guard license?

No. Licensing and training are separate from the employment and record checks described on this page. Identify those requirements during planning, but do not treat a screening report as a license or authorization to work.

Can we use different checks for different assignments?

Yes. Share the responsibilities of the position and any written client request. The screening scope can then be defined for that assignment rather than assuming every job needs the same report.

What supports placement of an unpaid security contract?

Useful records include the agreement, authorized coverage, shift or service records, invoices, payments, credits and any dispute correspondence. The account should identify the contracting business and the basis for the amount requested.
