Background check

Driving Record Checks / MVR

Request a motor vehicle record for the license state and driving-history period relevant to the role.

A fleet manager reviews a driving record folder beside a parked van.
Service formatPer requested driving record

Review the driving history behind the role.

Does the position involve company vehicles, deliveries, transportation or travel between customer sites? A motor vehicle record can provide available driving-history information for the license state and record period you select.

We’ll explain state coverage, required applicant information and permitted use. A one-time record check is separate from monitoring and does not establish a complete driver qualification program.

What’s included.

Confirm the state and record

Identify the license state and requested record before ordering. Source coverage and requirements vary by the chosen state product.

Connect the check to driving duties

Match the request to the role and approved purpose rather than ordering a generic driving package.

Review a point-in-time driving record

A one-time MVR records the available information at the requested point in time.

Discuss monitoring as a separate service

Driver monitoring is optional and separately contracted; future checks or triggered transactions are not automatically included.

What you’ll receive

  • Agreed state and record scope.
  • Available MVR from the requested source.
  • Completion or access status.
  • Any additional information needed to finish the request.

A few details to help you decide.

Ask another question
Does one MVR include ongoing monitoring?

No. A monitoring arrangement is separate and provider-dependent; any triggered record requests may also be separate transactions.

Is this a complete transportation compliance program?

No. The component is the requested driving record. Other driver qualification, licensing, training, or regulated checks must be identified separately.

Can different states be ordered together?

Describe the states and drivers involved. Each requested source and charge should appear in the scope.
