Could a group visit help your team?

A mobile visit brings an available fingerprinting service to your location. Tell us the site, headcount, dates and each agency’s instructions so we can assess whether a visit can support the group. Every applicant still needs the correct card or electronic submission order.

Visits depend on availability. The quote separates travel, setup, capture and submission charges. Applicants using different agency routes may need different preparation, and not every route can necessarily be supported at one event.

What’s included.

Plan the location and schedule

Identify the location, expected applicants, and proposed schedule before requesting a visit.

Confirm each applicant’s card or submission

Each applicant still needs the correct card or agency submission order and any required instructions.

Quote the visit and applicant work

Quote the visit and applicant work together so travel or setup is not accidentally duplicated.

Prepare for different agency pathways

Different agency pathways at one event may create additional preparation or limits on what can be provided; confirm them in advance.

What you’ll receive

  • An accepted location and visit window.
  • Defined applicant count and supported pathways.
  • Preparation instructions for the site and applicants.
  • Completion or attendance information within the agreed event scope.

How it works.

  1. Tell us about the group and site

Review the site, applicant count, dates, and fingerprinting requirements.

  2. Confirm the visit and applicant requirements

Agree availability, preparation, visit charges, and linked applicant orders.

  3. Complete the scheduled capture

Capture fingerprints for the accepted applicants and record any missed or incomplete appointments.

Know what to expect.

We’ll confirm the work, the updates you’ll receive and who to contact along the way.

  • The visit location, access instructions, site contact and accepted applicant count.
  • The pathway or card order for each group, applicant preparation and visit charges.
  • The attendance or completion information to return and the handling of missed or incomplete appointments.

What helps us help you.

  • Full visit location and on-site contact.
  • Estimated applicants and desired schedule.
  • Agency pathways or card formats for each group.
  • Available space and any access instructions.

What shapes your quote.

  • Location, travel, and setup.
  • Number of applicants.
  • Card or electronic pathways required.
  • Schedule, duration, and approved changes.

Tell us what you need help with. We’ll explain which records are needed and how to provide them. Personal reports, ID images and account files can wait until then.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about this service?

A few details to help you decide.

Ask another question
Is mobile fingerprinting a separate type of background check?

No. It is a delivery option. The applicant’s fingerprint service and receiving-agency requirements remain the same.

Can all attendees use one submission pathway?

Only if it is correct for each person’s purpose. Identify mixed agency requirements before the visit so the orders can be prepared properly.

Are group events already available to book online?

No live event-booking availability is implied. Request a scope review with the location, dates, and headcount; group arrangements require confirmation.
